Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to have the best shopping experience with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video and images required).

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes.

  • Footwear or accessories showing signs of wear.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@cityculturekicks.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images/videos.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. The product must be shipped back to us within 5 days of return approval.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method only.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defect issues (subject to product availability).
If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email support@cityculturekicks.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID

  • Photos and unboxing video showing the issue

We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
