We value your satisfaction and want you to have the best shopping experience with us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video and images required).

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Items purchased during sales or with discount codes.

Footwear or accessories showing signs of wear.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@cityculturekicks.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images/videos.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

The product must be shipped back to us within 5 days of return approval.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method only.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size or defect issues (subject to product availability).
If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email support@cityculturekicks.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos and unboxing video showing the issue
We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
