Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Cityculturekicks. Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis due to their limited availability and high demand. Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product that is not currently in stock but will be specially sourced and delivered at a later date. Placing a pre-order secures your selected product and size before market availability or pricing changes.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • The estimated delivery time for pre-order products is 8–12 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery estimates are based on business days only and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to supplier availability, brand release schedules, customs clearance, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.
  • In the event of an unexpected delay, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Please Note: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to delivery timelines unless the delay exceeds 45 business days beyond the maximum estimated delivery period of 12 weeks.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • Once your order is confirmed, the purchase price is locked and will not be affected by future market price fluctuations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All pre-order purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to source the ordered product; or
  • The product does not pass our authenticity or quality inspection.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

Every pre-order product undergoes a thorough verification process, including:

  • Multi-point physical inspection
  • Brand authenticity verification
  • Quality and condition assessment

Cityculturekicks guarantees that we do not sell counterfeit, replica, unauthorized, or factory-variant products.

6. Size & Exchange Policy

Pre-order products are sourced specifically according to your selected size and cannot be exchanged or returned due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

We recommend reviewing the brand's size guide or contacting our Customer Support team before placing your order if you are unsure about sizing.

7. Order Updates

Customers will receive updates during the major stages of the pre-order process, including:
